I'm in the mood for baking!
Australia Day 2018, a blistering hot 30+ degree day here in Melbourne and I'm suddenly in the mood for baking!
Is this you? Sunday mornings I peruse the foodie section of the weekend papers and pull out recipes of interest. I had previously baked Donna Hay's 'Coconut, oat & chia muesli bars' as it is super easy to make. This time round I used certified organic honey from 'Raw Organic Honey' a local Victorian brand - I particularly love their Ironbark with Grey Box honey, medium sweetness on the palate.
Tip:
Store the bars in an airtight container in the cupboard for up to 1 week. Hide if you don't want your partner to devour in a few days, super yummy!
