Friday inspiration - throw kindness around

I see a common thread all too often that we are too hard on ourselves and others. People are too quick to criticise and pick up the one thing that hasn't lived up to expectations, we as a society doesn't acknowledge enough all the good that has been achieved to better the lives of others.
